David has led Asia Pacific regional organizations in Sourcing and Supply Chain for large US and European MNCs. He was also an executive with management consultant firm Accenture. Mr. Yeow is a Public Service Commission French scholar and holds a Diplome d'Ingenieur from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Electronique et de Radioelectricite de Bordeaux.

Apart from his background in Technology acquisition, Management Consulting, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, he has also led and completed two manufacturing start-ups in Singapore. He was one of the founding partners of an NRF TIS Incubator, evaluating and investing in local start-ups and helping them grow. He was Director at NTUitive from 2013 to 2019 where he was responsible for technology commercialisation. In 2017, ran the Overseas Entrepreneurship Programme (OEP) at NTUitive. He advises and mentors entrepreneurs and start-ups here in Singapore. He continues to sit on the board of directors/advisory board for several start-ups.

He is Principal at Hunniwell Lake Ventures, a Medtech fund based out of Silicon Valley. He represents the fund here in SEA and manages dealflow and investees.
