Dharma is an experienced technology and privacy lawyer and has authored and contributed to research commissioned by the European Commission’s Directorate General of Communications Networks, Content & Technology, the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (an organization founded by the European Commission), Bloomberg BNA, and Lexis Practical Guidance.

Dharma holds a number of appointments, including serving as Co Vice-Chair of the IT Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, and was appointed to the Industry Engagement Advisory Group by Ministry of Law Singapore and Lupl Inc in relation to the development and deployment of an integrated platform for the Singapore legal industry.

Dharma now works at a global social media company.
